ORDER

Alleging that the order passed in W.P.No.18205 of 2013 dated 01.09.2014 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied

with. He has also filed the counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent, in which it is stated that whenever vacancies are received from the employer, the petitioner will be nominated if she is eligible for nomination as per the qualification, age, communal rotation, prescribed by the employer. Thus, it is stated that no contempt has been made.

3.Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed.
