This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce petitioner's daughter Ms.Sowmiya, detenue, aged about 20 years, before this Court.

2. On enquiry, the detenue has informed that due to some misunderstanding with her mother, she left home and stayed in her friend's house and expressed her desire to accompany her mother.
Recording the aforestated position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
