ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.Sundar,J.) This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to mandamus the first respondent before us, i.e., the Government of Tamil Nadu, represented by its Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 28.12.2016 (filed on 2.1.2017) for regularizing the planning permission pertaining to Door No.4/115A, Easwaran Kovil Road, Okkiyam Thuraipakkam, Chennai600 097.
2. The revision petition itself has been annexed to the typed set at page (13) and the acknowledgment is at page (20) of the typed set of papers.
3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent, which is the statutory authority, to dispose of the above said revision dated 28.12.2016 (filed on 2.1.2017) (at page 13 of the typed set of papers) in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
