As directed by this Court by order dated 24.09.2021, the sum of Rs.24,000/- has been paid within the time stipulated. It is stated that the Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation (TIIC) has withdrawn the security. The applicant has appointed his own security.

2.As far as the return of the documents, the learned Deputy Official Liquidator would submit that he would return all the documents as per the inventory taken at the time of taking over the Company to either the applicant in C.A.No.101 of 2020 or his counsel. It is open to the applicant or his counsel to collect the documents from the Official Liquidator. In view of the same, these applications stand closed.
