O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.05.2023, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of separate patta in her favour with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.S.N.Subramani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered Sale Deed dated 10.04.2000. A joint patta was also issued in Patta No.941 in favour of the late husband of the petitioner. On the demise of the husband, the petitioner made a representation seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh online application before the 2nd respondent along with with all the necessary 2/4

particulars. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall act upon the application and shall pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of reciept of the online application from the petitioner.
