O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2017 and 22.11.2017 and to pass appropriate orders for granting patta to the petitioner's land comprised in Survey Numbers 40/7 and 40/8, measuring an extent of 22 cents and 16 cents respectively and situated at Kaikullanvayal Village, Agavayal Vattam, Thirumayyam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing i.e., 30.03.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

that the application of the petitioner for issuance of Patta has been rejected.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the above said lands were classified as Anadheenam land.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Granting liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
