ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 323, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. not known on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.142/2021 is pending against the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Information Report or close the petition enquiry. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners.
