This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to substitute on record the following persons who are none other than the legal heirs of the deceased fourth respondent as respondents 6 to 8 in W.A.No.60 of 2022 namely, (i) Mrs.A.M.Rajeshwari (mother of the deceased R4) 1-E, EVR Road, Puther, Trichy - 620 017.

(ii) Mr.Bala Yudhish Murugaiah (son of deceased R4) 1-E, EVR Road, Puther, Trichy - 620 017.

(iii) Ms.Tharana Arun (daughter of deceased R4) 1-E, EVR Road, Puther, Trichy - 620 017.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. (R.M.D.J.,) (J.S.N.P.J.,) 09.03.2022 mrr Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of W.A.No.60 of 2022.
