(made by M.SUNDAR, J.) Scanned version of paragraph 23 of compliance report of second respondent dated 25.08.2025 is as follows: 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for writ petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for second respondent (CMDA) and learned counsel for fifth respondent (private respondent) that while two generators have been removed, one has been kept in a moving truck which is still parked within the compound.

Two points arise. First point is, this has not been articulated at paragraph 23 of status report extracted above. Second point is, whether this is permissible under CMDA Regulations/Rules so that the same can be construed as compliance.

Faced with the above situation, Mr. S. Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for second respondent (CMDA), sought time to file a further status report by second respondent on the aforesaid two points.
