ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of Tr.OP. No.184 of 2025, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Coimbatore. The petitioner filed the aforesaid Tr.OP. to transfer one suit pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madukkarai to the Principal District Court, Coimbatore, where

the probate O.P. is pending pertaining to the very same property. According to the petitioner, the parties to both the proceedings are one and the same. According to the petitioner, even though Tr.O.P. No.184 of 2025 was filed in the year 2025 itself, till date, the same has not been disposed of by the Court below. According to the petitioner, counter has also been filed by the respondents as early as in February 2026 itself.

3.No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Principal District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of Tr.O.P. No.184 of 2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Principal District Court, Coimbatore to dispose of Tr.O.P. No.184 of 2025, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
