2.
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to survey and demarcate the lands in Survey Nos.122/1A1 and 122/1A2 in Viludhupattu Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, by considering his representation dated 07.09.2023. 2/6
3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.
4.
The case of the petitioner is that the property in S.No.122/1A1 was purchased by him in the year 2020 and the fifth respondent owns a land in Survey No.122/1A2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the fifth respondent has blocked the common pathway and causing hindrance to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner had given a representation on 07.09.2023 to survey the said properties and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. 5.
Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the properties and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
