O R D E R

Mr. Vediappan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.6431 of 2017 dated 24.04.2017, was not complied by the respondent. 2. Mrs.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.6431 of 2017 dated 24.04.2017, final orders have been passed by the respondent in Na.Ka No.6169/2014/Tho.Ve.Koo.Ka.Sa. (1) dated 21.11.2017 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner.

3. The copy of the proceedings passed by the respondent in Na.Ka No.6169/2014/Tho.Ve.Koo.Ka.Sa. (1) dated 21.11.2017 shall form part of the records. In view of the above submission and the aforesaid order passed by the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
