Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 6(b) "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in Crl.OP.No.21119/2021 dated 17.11.2021 by allowing the present miscellaneous petition.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.N.RANGESH KANNA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21119 of 2021, dated 17.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 17.11.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.21119 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on 1st day of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 08/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
