Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 5 (e) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16 of 22 dated 05-01-2022 by allowing the present miscellaneous petition and thereby render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.N.RANGESH KANNA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.
