Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 5 (e) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16 of 22 dated 05-01-2022 by allowing the present miscellaneous petition and thereby render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.N.RANGESH KANNA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16 of 2022 by an order dated 05.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, but the investigation is not yet completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
