O R D E R

When this Court started dictating the order halfway through, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and requested time to deposit half of the claim amount of Rs.27,058/-, as ordered by the trial Court. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the Petition, which reads as follows:

"Petition may be permitted to withdraw with liberty to deposit the amount on or before 31.03.2017."

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to the condition that half of the claim amount of Rs.27,058/-, as ordered by the trial Court is to be deposited by the petitioner before the respondent/Bank, on or before 31st March, 2017. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
