ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.2103 of 2014, by order dated 28.01.2014, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2013 and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 28.01.2014 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed an order on 26.03.2014 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Thus, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
