C.M.P.Nos.3215, 3216 & 3220 of 2022 in A.S.No.136 of 2012 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, As per the order of this Court dated 21.07.2022, the cost of Rs.5,000/- has been paid by the petitioners and the counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 has received the same on 29.07.2022.

2. It is now submitted before this Court that the 1st appellant Tmt.Kangambara Ammal had died on 20.05.2021.

3. In view of the same, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the first appeal on 09.09.2022.
