The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected criminal revision case is rejected in the SR stage itself.
