PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31922 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders. ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31922 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.5(b) to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31922 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
