2. This Court had passed an order, dated 11.11.2016, granting leave to the detenu to attend the 19th day ceremony of his mother from 4.00 p.m. on 11.11.2016 to 4.00 p.m. on 12.11.2016.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents had submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting leave to the detenu, had been complied with.
