This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant / defendant to file additional documents.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff submitted that he has to file written objections.

3. Earlier when the matter was listed on 02.03.2023 the very same representation was made by the learned counsel for the respondent and time has been granted till today for filing the written objections.

4. When the matter was taken up today, the written objection was not filed by the respondent. However, the learned counsel for the respondent continued to make representations that he has strong objections and sought further time.

5. Since this application has been filed to receive documents and the respondent has got the liberty to raise his objection about the proof and relevancy at the time of marking the same, I feel that this application has to be allowed subject to proof and relevancy.

6. In view of the same, this application is allowed subject to proof and relevancy.

7. The parties are directed to appear before Additional Master - I, on 21.03.2023. Since steps have been pending from the year 2017, the learned Additional Master-I, shall complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
