ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. CMP No.9701 of 2024 has been taken out to extend the time for paying additional court fee in O.S.No.3511 of 2016.

2. This Court, by order dated 07.11.2022, directed the revision petitioners/plaintiffs to pay additional court fees within a period of four

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and further directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3511 of 2016 within a period of six months.

3. Now, it is brought to my notice by Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 6 that the suit itself came to be dismissed and an application for setting aside that order was also dismissed and hence, there is no requirement to extend the time for paying additional court fees at this juncture. Learned counsel fairly submits that in the event of the suit being restored to file, the plaintiffs may be given liberty to pay the deficit court fee.

4. Recording the above submission, CMP No.9701 of 2024 is disposed of with a direction that in the event of the suit in O.S.No.3511 of 2016 being restored to file, the petitioners/plaintiffs shall have two weeks time to pay the deficit court fee, as directed by this Court. 14-07-2025 sr
