ORDER

The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the learned No.XII Judge (FAC), Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. Heard, Mr.V.Chandrakanthan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. As per the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, R.C.O.P.No.670 of 2015 pending before the learned No.XII Judge (FAC), Small Causes Court, Chennai was allowed on 10.02.2021. Hence, the relief claimed by the petitioner has become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is Closed. No costs.
