The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered, thereby, the time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.24444 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 is further extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.
