This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 23.03.2015 passed in I.A.No.1496 of 2014 in O.S.No.366 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvotriyur. Page No.1 of 5

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners made an endorsement in the bundle stating that he is withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to agitate before the trial Court.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to object at the time of marking the document during the trial. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.

4. Since, the suit is of the year 2007, the District Munsif Court, Thiruvotriyur is hereby directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve (12) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
