Respondents * * * Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to furnish to the petitioner the copy of the charge memo No.Rc.13199/2003/CPB 1, dated 30.06.2005 along with the explanation offered by the petitioner as also the report of the enquiry officer expeditiously.

ORDER

Heard both sides. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is to direct the first respondent to furnish the copy of the charge memo No.Rc.13199/2003/CPB 1, dated 30.06.2005 along with the explanation offered by the petitioner as also the report of the enquiry officer expeditiously to him.

3. When the matter came up for hearing in the forenoon today, the learned Special Government Pleader stated that the charge memo and the explanation would be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the afternoon. Accordingly, the said documents are furnished today.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
