Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a Memo dated 23.12.2021 before this Court, wherein, it is stated that the relief sought by the petitioners has become infructuous since trial had commenced and the parties have adducing evidence on the part of either side and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

2. In view of the aforesaid Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
