ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the transfer of the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathyvelur.
3. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
