(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) The present Contempt Petition is taken up alleging the non compliance of the judgment dated 06.03.2014 made in W.A.No.1969 of 2013.

2. Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Ragavachari, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who appears for the respondent/contemnor.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced the proceedings in Cha.Mu.Na.Ka.No.255/A1/2007 dated 03.06.2015 of the Collector of Dharmapuri, wherein joining order has been given to the applicant and he has joined the said post on 04.06.2015.

In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition. Therefore, Contempt Petition is closed.
