Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents not to grant recognition to the new office bearers of the 3rd respondent Association pursuant to the illegal elections held on 08.01.2019 without conducting a detailed enquiry and giving the petitioner a personal hearing and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to complete the election process pursuant to the communication issued by them dated 21.09.2018.
