This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 25.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12049 of 2023..

3.While granting bail to the petitioner, a learned Single Judge of this Court had directed that the petitioner should produce two separate sureties, out of which one surety should be a blood surety. 4.It is stated that the petitioner's parents are of advanced age and he has one brother and there was a dispute with his brother and therefore, there is no realistic possibility of his brother standing as surety. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

smv 5.Taking all the factors into consideration, particularly, since even though, the petitioner was granted bail by an order dated 25.05.2023 and for the past eight months he is still under the incarceration, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District. 12.03.2024 smv Note:- Issue order copy on 13.03.2024.
