This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to fix an early date to hear W.P.No.29415 of 2022 and pass orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Since this Court intends to list the writ petitions of the year 2022 on Wednesday and the writ petitions of the year 2023 on Thursday from 2nd March, 2026, subject to the roster being continued, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file translated copies of material papers in advance so that, when the matter is listed, the same can be argued and for the said reason, there is no need to fix an early date to hear the matter.
