The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.376 of 2018 , pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is completed and final report will be filed within a period of seventy five days.

3.It is the case of breach of trust and cheating. The complaint prima facie indicate criminal intention to deceive. Therefore, it is not a fit case to quash the FIR. However, the liberty is given to the petitioner herein to workout his remedy after filing the final report in the manner known to law. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
