WP.26089/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.NAMBI SELVAM, Additional Government Pleader (PONDICHERRY), for the petitioner and of MR.S.CONSCIOUS ELANGO, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The order of recovery has been stayed by this Court on the ground that the writ petitioner is a retired employee and he retired from service in the year 2012.

Thus, no further adjudication is required in the vacate stay petition filed by the respondent in the writ petition. All other issues shall be adjudicated during the final disposal of the writ petition.
