This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.11.2009 and investigate the same and to file the final report.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 20.11.2009, which he wants the police to investigate now.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that even before the complaint dated 20.11.2009, the petitioner had given a complaint on 06.10.2009 to the respondent police, which was enquired and closed on the same day.
