ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the second respondent to register the FIR in view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2472 of 2021 dated 08.09.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.09.2021, a case in Crime No.157 of 2021 has been registered by the second respondent for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC.
