This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16533 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21229 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court monthly once i.e., on the 1st working day of every month for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
