ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging against the notice under Section 142(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, the assessment order came to be passed by the respondents. Hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
