ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506 (ii) of IPC, in Crime No.66 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. No representation for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioners herein assaulted the defacto complainant's son, his brother's wife and defacto complainant with knife and wooden log and there was an altercation between two groups which would lead to case and case in counter. The victim in this case was discharged only recently and these petitioners are still absconding. There is every possibility of recurrence of the incident.

4. In view of prevailing animosity between the two groups, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
