This petition has been filed to direct the 6th respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.22 of 2022 within a reasonable period of time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the 6th respondent would complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) this criminal original petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the 6th respondent/police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.22 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
