Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 25.02.2013 for Patta name transfer in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

By consent the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims that she has purchased a land measuring 1.81 cents in Survey No.63/11 and 0.02 cent in Survey No.145/8, situated at Kalaiyanallur Village by registered sale deed bearing Document No.3323 of 2010 and even at the time of registration, paid necessary fees for transfer of patta and since no patta transfer has been effected based on the application dated 25.02.2013 and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and on instructions would submit that since objections were raised by persons aggrieved, the process of issuing patta is getting delayed and on further instructions would submit that appropriate orders will be passed on the application submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated time frame.

4. This Court taking into consideration the above submissions, without going into the merits of the application submitted by the petitioner, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 25.02.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
