ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to rectify the UDR mistake and issue a separate patta in his name and others in respect of land measuring 40 cents situated in New Survey No.5/3A1 (Old Survey No. 5/3) of Chekkarapatti Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kadayampatti Village, Salem District based on the application dated 04.01.2017 within a stipulated time.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the first and second respondents. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the representation dated 23.07.2018 made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by respondents 1 and 2, on merits.

4.Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for respondents 1 and 2, submitted that respondents 1 and 2 be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
