ORDER

This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents, the legal heirs of the deceased 7th respondent as respondents 9 to 11 in the main revision petition.

2. Private notice sent to the proposed respondents have been served on 18.02.2025. They have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
