ORDER
The order of suspension issued by the second respondent by framing charges in Se. Mu. Nada. Na.Ka. No 380/ 2025 / Aa2, dated .04.2025, is put under challenge in the present Writ Petition. Further, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to issue postings order to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the present Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an employee of the second respondent temple and there was an allegation against him as if he had misbehaved with a sweeper and thereby placed under suspension vide the impugned order of the second respondent nil dated 2025, however till date, disciplinary proceedings were not concluded. He further submitted that no subsistence allowance was paid to the petitioner and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made several representations to the second respondent for reinstatement and payment of allowance and the last representation was sent on 16.01.2026, however there was inaction on the part of the second respondent and hence, the present Writ Petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that pursuant to the suspension order, charge memo was issued and enquiry was conducted and its report was filed on 04.05.2025. He further submitted that the disciplinary proceedings will be concluded soon and final orders will be passed within a period of four weeks.
5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the respondent concerned to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as against the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
