It is stated that all these applications have been filed by the accused in F.I.R. in Crime No.24 of 2024 registered by the respondent police punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 120 B of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) has filed a final report which indicates that the respondent have dropped the charges. It is also contended that R.C.S.No.17 of 2024 had been filed before the Jurisdictional Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB, CBCID cases, Egmore, Chennai.

3. In view of this particular fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
