This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to to direct the respondent Police to register the complaint against the accused person in C.S.R.No.643 of 2015 dated 13.04.2015 on the file of Inspector of Police, Selaiyur Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on a compliant given by the petitioner's wife, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.417 of 2015 before the All Women Police Station, Tambaram. Therefore, it will serve the interest of justice if the complaint and CSR.No.643 of 2015 is transferred from the file of Inspector of Police,S-15, Selaiyur Police Station, Chennai-73 ( P.Senthil Kumar) to the file of All Women Police Station, Tambaram, to be enquired along with CSR.No.417 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
