This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders by this Court dated 27.04.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.6072 of in Crl.O.P.No.6017 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and thereafter shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
