This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the judgment dated 02.08.2013 passed in Crl.A.No.7 of 2013 by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, confirming the judgment dated 19.12.2012 passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.141 of 2007 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pollachi.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for final disposal, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner/accused died on 31.08.2014. He has also produced a copy of death certificate.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
