This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.05.2015 to the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
