Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

SARVABHAUMAN ASSO, Advocate for the petitioner and of learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the arguments of the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and for arguments of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, post the matter on 26.11.2019. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner that, the trial Court has posted the matter today i.e. on 20.11.2019 for arguments and unless the CRP is decided today or some interim protection is made and in the meanwhile, if the arguments are heard and the learned Judge proceeded to pass orders on the suit, then, it will be a fiat accompali of this revision.
